BBQ Ribs and Rib Tips

BBQ ribs and rib tips are our award winning specialty! We marinate and season our ribs with our signature spice blend.  Next we pay special attention to prepping our smokin' mix - another signature blend in our recipe.  Once we put it all together on our smoker-grill, Smokin' Joe, and it all comes together "Slow and Low".  In the end you get the perfect balance of flavor, smoke, and char.  The only way to finish the masterpiece is to top it all off with our signature barbecue sauce - made fresh and just the way you like it!

            Brisket

The secret to really good brisket is patience.  On it's own this can be a very tough meat, but in the hands of our master, our brisket is a thing of beauty.  After marinating and seasoning, our brisket is cooked to perfection -  tender and juicy on the inside, smokey and flavorful on the outside.  Add a couple of our home made sides and you have meal that speaks to your soul.

Who doesn't enjoy pulled pork sandwiches? We take the "Slow and Low" method of cooking - in the end it just falls apart.  The meat is tender and tasty, just the way you like it.  Add in our tangy and sweet barbecue sauce and you will be treated to a flavor combination that can't be beat.

  Grilled Chicken Tacos

These are not your everyday taco.  We start with warmed flour tortillas and add some slow-cooked smoked chicken that's mouthwatering moist and tender.  Next comes the black bean and corn salad seasoned to perfection with tomatoes, sweet onion and fresh cilantro.  Creamy avocado spread with corn chips on the side finishes this out-of-the-ordinary dish.  You won't believe how good a taco can be, we promise.

We've got plenty of great tasting side dishes to go along with your hearty meal.  Made fresh and in-house, these include, but are not limited to: black bean and corn salad, french fries, potatoe salad, cole slaw, and baked beans.  


Some of our other southern flavor sides include: collard greens, southern cabbage, fried corn, red beans and rice, black eye peas, baked mac & cheese, and string beans.
