Jus' Ribs n More has been a life long dream of owner, Brigitte Wooten. Starting with a trailer and a grill-smoker in tow, Brigitte started serving customers at local area festivals. After 11 years, her loyal customers and fans desired her southern style of home cooking needed to be available on a regular basis. With the support and encouragement of friends and family, Jus' Ribs n More opened to the public on December 2, 2011, in a small store front on the south side of Holland, Michigan.
On most days Brigitte has her hands full running the smoker, the kitchen and greeting customers. Providing a good, hearty southern meal and making folks feel at home is her specialty. If the flavor doesn't get you to come back, sharing a smile and a laugh with Brigitte certainly will.
The menu is based on the specialty of the house - ribs - but to keep it interesting and fresh, seasonal changes add variety and keep bringing the southern flavors to Michigan.
It's not soul food - It's "good for the soul" food.
